We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Account Representative to join our Cleveland team. In this role, you will act as the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction through exceptional service and account management. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple accounts will directly impact client retention and business success.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.

  • Manage and grow assigned client accounts by identifying needs and providing solutions.

  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and activity.

  • Resolve client issues promptly and professionally.

  • Support onboarding and training for new clients.

  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on account status and performance.

  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement service strategies.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or account management.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
