Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
Resolve client issues and provide accurate information regarding products or services
Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions
Collaborate with internal departments to follow up on customer requests
Assist with general administrative duties and support daily office operations
Monitor and respond to emails in a timely manner
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
Qualifications
