Captura Hall is seeking a detail-oriented and ambitious Business Development Assistant to support our growth initiatives. This role involves working closely with the Business Development Manager and the executive team to identify new market opportunities, build client relationships, and coordinate strategic outreach. This is a critical support position that offers exposure to high-level business strategy and long-term career growth within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients.

  • Prepare research reports, presentations, and proposals for business development activities.

  • Support communication with current and prospective clients to maintain relationships.

  • Monitor industry trends and assist in analyzing competitors.

  • Track and manage sales leads and follow-up actions using internal tools.

  • Coordinate internal meetings and client appointments.

  • Provide administrative support to the Business Development team as needed.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 1+ years of experience in a business development, administrative, or client support role (preferred).

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • High attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
