Captura Hall is seeking a highly motivated and forward-thinking Leadership Development Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is designed for individuals with a passion for leadership growth, organizational development, and strategic innovation. The associate will support the design, implementation, and evaluation of leadership programs that foster growth and long-term success for our clients and partners.
Responsibilities
Assist in developing and executing leadership training programs, workshops, and learning experiences.
Conduct research and analysis on leadership trends, best practices, and emerging methodologies.
Collaborate with senior consultants and program managers to tailor solutions for diverse industries.
Support client-facing presentations, assessments, and follow-up materials.
Coordinate logistics for internal and external development events and sessions.
Track and report on program metrics and participant progress.
Contribute to thought leadership content and internal strategy planning.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in leadership development, consulting, talent development, or related areas.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management tools.
Passion for personal development, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
