Captura Hall is seeking a highly motivated and forward-thinking Leadership Development Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is designed for individuals with a passion for leadership growth, organizational development, and strategic innovation. The associate will support the design, implementation, and evaluation of leadership programs that foster growth and long-term success for our clients and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing leadership training programs, workshops, and learning experiences.

  • Conduct research and analysis on leadership trends, best practices, and emerging methodologies.

  • Collaborate with senior consultants and program managers to tailor solutions for diverse industries.

  • Support client-facing presentations, assessments, and follow-up materials.

  • Coordinate logistics for internal and external development events and sessions.

  • Track and report on program metrics and participant progress.

  • Contribute to thought leadership content and internal strategy planning.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in leadership development, consulting, talent development, or related areas.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.

  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management tools.

  • Passion for personal development, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
