Job Description

Captura Hall is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Client Relationship Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with care, attention to detail, and consistent support. You will play a key role in client satisfaction and retention by building strong, lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison between the company and its clients

• Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and service requests

• Identify client needs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions

• Monitor client satisfaction and proactively resolve issues or concerns

• Maintain detailed client records and prepare regular updates and reports

• Assist in client onboarding and ongoing engagement initiatives

• Contribute to a positive client experience through professional and courteous communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred

• Minimum of 1–2 years of client service or account management experience

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset

• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
