Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded. You will play a vital role in maintaining strong client relationships, managing communication, and supporting project execution.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and project alignment.

• Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure client expectations are met.

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and feedback.

• Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining detailed client records.

• Collaborate with account managers and project leads to deliver exceptional service.

• Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and support retention efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a client-facing or administrative support role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational abilities with high attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management tools.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
