We are currently seeking a Client Account Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for a driven, detail-oriented individual who thrives on client interaction and strategic planning. You will act as the main point of contact between the company and our clients, ensuring the successful execution of campaigns and maintaining strong relationships to drive growth.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison between assigned clients and internal departments
Understand client goals and develop plans to meet their needs
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and performance
Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in account management or client services
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
