Job Description

Bela Brand Bat is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Assistant to support our expansion and client engagement efforts. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and is eager to contribute to the company’s growth through research, strategic outreach, and organizational support.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends

• Support the Business Development team with lead generation and client outreach

• Prepare proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials

• Maintain and update client databases, pipelines, and reports

• Assist in coordinating meetings, calls, and follow-ups with potential clients

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and effective delivery of services

• Monitor competitors and provide insight into potential partnerships or growth areas

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

• 1–2 years of experience in business development, client services, or a similar role

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent research and problem-solving skills

• Attention to detail and strong time management abilities
