Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Account Representative to join our growing team in Akron, OH. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between our clients and internal departments, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and seamless service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts

• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to address needs and provide updates

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services

• Analyze client feedback and recommend improvements to processes

• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and account updates

• Resolve client concerns with professionalism and urgency

• Monitor account performance and track key performance indicators

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred

• Minimum of 2 years experience in client services, account management, or a related role

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
