We are seeking a dedicated and professional Service Communications Advisor to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in managing communication between clients and internal service departments, ensuring that service requests and updates are handled efficiently and with a high degree of clarity. You will serve as the first point of contact for service inquiries and be responsible for coordinating effective communication throughout the process.
Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between clients and property service teams.
Respond to service inquiries promptly via phone and email.
Track and update service request status through internal systems.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolution.
Collaborate with internal departments to streamline service processes.
Document client interactions and service feedback accurately.
Assist with the preparation of reports and communication materials as needed.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in a customer service, property management, or communications role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
