We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing company-hosted events, community gatherings, and promotional experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event coordination, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for delivering memorable, seamless events.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate logistics for company events, from concept to execution

  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and budgets

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align event goals with company objectives

  • Coordinate setup, breakdown, and on-site event support

  • Ensure compliance with safety, permitting, and venue regulations

  • Monitor event performance, gather feedback, and provide post-event reports

  • Maintain detailed timelines and event documentation

  • Anticipate event-related needs and troubleshoot issues as they arise

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role (2+ years preferred)

  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously

  • Knowledge of vendor negotiation and event budgeting

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends when needed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
