We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing company-hosted events, community gatherings, and promotional experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event coordination, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for delivering memorable, seamless events.
Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate logistics for company events, from concept to execution
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and budgets
Collaborate with internal teams to align event goals with company objectives
Coordinate setup, breakdown, and on-site event support
Ensure compliance with safety, permitting, and venue regulations
Monitor event performance, gather feedback, and provide post-event reports
Maintain detailed timelines and event documentation
Anticipate event-related needs and troubleshoot issues as they arise
Qualifications
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role (2+ years preferred)
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously
Knowledge of vendor negotiation and event budgeting
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends when needed
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
