We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Leadership Development Trainee to join our growing team. Responsibilities

  • Participate in structured leadership training programs and real estate workshops

  • Assist with the planning and execution of team initiatives and business development strategies

  • Collaborate with various departments to understand operations, marketing, client engagement, and sales

  • Analyze market trends and contribute to strategic planning efforts

  • Attend leadership meetings and prepare performance and progress reports

  • Engage in mentorship and coaching sessions to enhance professional growth

  • Support team members in achieving company-wide goals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Real Estate, or a related field preferred

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

  • Previous internship or relevant experience in real estate or business is a plus
