We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our team in Birmingham, AL. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and customers, providing professional support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.   • Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone and email

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role
