Job Description

Every Word Code is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Agent to join our growing team in Baton Rouge. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and evaluating marketing campaigns that align with client objectives and company strategy. This position requires strategic thinking, client interaction, and a strong understanding of campaign performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans to promote services and enhance brand visibility

• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs

• Assist in the creation of promotional materials, presentations, and proposals

• Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed reports and recommendations

• Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and brand consistency

• Attend client meetings, contribute to brainstorming sessions, and track project timelines

• Ensure all marketing activities comply with current regulations and best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or client-facing role

• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
