Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email in a courteous and efficient manner
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints and providing appropriate solutions
Document customer interactions accurately within internal systems
Follow up to ensure full resolution and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with internal departments to expedite issue resolution
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role
