We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Assistant to support the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen interest in brand development and client engagement. You will work closely with our Marketing and Creative teams to help implement initiatives that drive growth and brand visibility.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events

  • Coordinate and maintain marketing calendars and content timelines

  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to support strategy development

  • Assist in the creation and proofreading of marketing materials, presentations, and reports

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging

  • Help organize promotional activities and community engagement efforts

  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

  • 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role preferred

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and adaptable mindset

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
