Beloform is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our Atlanta-based team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and committed to delivering a superior client experience.
Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing timely support
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client issues and follow up to ensure resolution
Prepare reports, documentation, and updates for clients as needed
Schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups with clients and internal teams
Ensure a high level of professionalism and service quality at all times
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
1–2 years of experience in client services, administrative support, or a related role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard office tools
