We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Assistant to support our internal and external communications initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist with the creation and coordination of clear, consistent messaging across various departments, help prepare written materials, and support day-to-day communications strategies. This role is essential to maintaining smooth information flow within the company and with our clients and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting, proofreading, and editing internal memos, emails, and official correspondence

  • Coordinate logistics and materials for meetings, presentations, and events

  • Maintain and update internal communication platforms and documentation

  • Support communication initiatives by preparing reports, tracking engagement, and compiling data

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information

  • Ensure all written communications reflect the company’s tone, style, and brand standards

  • Monitor and respond to internal communication inquiries and feedback

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 1–2 years of experience in a communications, administrative, or coordination role

  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)

  • Experience with internal communication tools or platforms is a plus
