Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team in Houston. In this role, you will provide essential support to the marketing department, assist in campaign development, and help coordinate branding initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for organization and communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns

• Support internal communications and client updates

• Organize and track marketing materials and documentation

• Conduct research and compile reports on market trends and competitors

• Help coordinate events, promotional activities, and brand initiatives

• Prepare presentations and promotional materials for client meetings

• Maintain clear communication with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
