We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Service Communications Advisor to support communication processes between our service team and customers. This role involves crafting clear and concise service communications, resolving client inquiries, and ensuring a consistent brand tone throughout all service touchpoints.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key liaison between service teams and clients, ensuring timely and professional communication.

  • Develop and refine written service communication templates and procedures.

  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via email and phone with clarity and professionalism.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to gather accurate information for client updates.

  • Assist in preparing service documentation, reports, and customer-facing correspondence.

  • Identify communication gaps and recommend process improvements.

  • Ensure alignment with company standards in tone, quality, and accuracy.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or related field preferred.

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, communications, or advisory roles.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.

  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
