Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Assistant to support our marketing operations and ensure smooth coordination of projects and campaigns. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of marketing fundamentals, and a passion for brand development.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across print, email, and direct marketing channels

• Coordinate internal communications and assist with the development of client-facing materials

• Track campaign performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for leadership

• Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and brand assets

• Maintain marketing databases and documentation

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

• Collaborate with vendors, printers, and contractors to support campaign execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

• 1–2 years of experience in a marketing support role or internship preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Familiarity with CRM tools and project management software is a plus
