We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Assistant to support our marketing operations and ensure smooth coordination of projects and campaigns. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of marketing fundamentals, and a passion for brand development.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across print, email, and direct marketing channels
Coordinate internal communications and assist with the development of client-facing materials
Track campaign performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for leadership
Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and brand assets
Maintain marketing databases and documentation
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Collaborate with vendors, printers, and contractors to support campaign execution
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in a marketing support role or internship preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with CRM tools and project management software is a plus
