Sharpcontra is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our Cleveland-based team. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to building strong, lasting client relationships. You will act as the first point of contact for client inquiries and ensure an exceptional service experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support to clients via phone, email, and in-person

  • Manage client accounts and ensure data accuracy in internal systems

  • Resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Coordinate with internal departments to meet client needs

  • Monitor service performance and client satisfaction levels

  • Prepare reports and documentation for internal and client use

  • Assist in onboarding new clients and explaining service protocols

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field

  • 1+ year of experience in client services, customer support, or account management

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Professional demeanor and strong problem-solving capabilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
