Sharpcontra is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Event Specialist to lead and support the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate and promotional events. The ideal candidate will bring a high level of professionalism, communication, and logistical expertise to ensure every detail is flawlessly managed. Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, trade shows, and promotional functions from concept to completion.
Manage logistics including venue selection, vendor negotiation, equipment rental, staffing, and budgeting.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand alignment and project coordination.
Oversee day-of-event execution to ensure quality, timing, and client satisfaction.
Conduct post-event evaluations and implement improvements for future events.
Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and insurance regulations related to event planning.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in event planning or coordination.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively.
Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
