Sharpcontra is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Event Specialist to lead and support the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate and promotional events. The ideal candidate will bring a high level of professionalism, communication, and logistical expertise to ensure every detail is flawlessly managed. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, trade shows, and promotional functions from concept to completion.

  • Manage logistics including venue selection, vendor negotiation, equipment rental, staffing, and budgeting.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand alignment and project coordination.

  • Oversee day-of-event execution to ensure quality, timing, and client satisfaction.

  • Conduct post-event evaluations and implement improvements for future events.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and insurance regulations related to event planning.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in event planning or coordination.

  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively.

  • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
