Hype Tier is seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the sales pipeline with strategic outreach and follow-up. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business acumen and a proactive mindset to drive sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients and market segments

  • Conduct outreach via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings

  • Qualify leads and set appointments for senior sales team

  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information

  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to align on outreach strategies

  • Track and report on key business development metrics

  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote company offerings

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets is a plus
