Blue Print Out is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Account Assistant to support our client service operations. This role plays a vital part in assisting account managers, coordinating service activities, and ensuring prompt, effective communication between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset to help maintain customer satisfaction and operational flow.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Account Managers in managing client service requests and maintaining daily service operations

  • Monitor and track service orders, job tickets, and customer inquiries

  • Serve as a liaison between clients and service departments to ensure deadlines and expectations are met

  • Maintain accurate records of service activity, schedules, and communications

  • Prepare reports and summaries of client activity and service performance

  • Resolve minor customer concerns in a timely, professional manner

  • Support billing processes by collecting and organizing service data for invoicing

  • Coordinate with other departments (logistics, printing, admin) to meet service requirements

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or higher preferred; experience in administrative support or customer service roles will be considered

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills

  • Experience in service-based or logistics industries is a plus
