Blue Print Out is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Account Assistant to support our client service operations. This role plays a vital part in assisting account managers, coordinating service activities, and ensuring prompt, effective communication between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset to help maintain customer satisfaction and operational flow.
Responsibilities
Assist Account Managers in managing client service requests and maintaining daily service operations
Monitor and track service orders, job tickets, and customer inquiries
Serve as a liaison between clients and service departments to ensure deadlines and expectations are met
Maintain accurate records of service activity, schedules, and communications
Prepare reports and summaries of client activity and service performance
Resolve minor customer concerns in a timely, professional manner
Support billing processes by collecting and organizing service data for invoicing
Coordinate with other departments (logistics, printing, admin) to meet service requirements
Qualifications
Qualifications
Associate’s degree or higher preferred; experience in administrative support or customer service roles will be considered
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
Experience in service-based or logistics industries is a plus
