We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Communications Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will develop, manage, and implement internal and external communication initiatives that support our company’s goals. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing and organizational skills, with a strong understanding of corporate communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and edit internal communications, press releases, and corporate statements.

  • Coordinate communication strategies across departments to ensure alignment.

  • Support executive team with speech writing, presentations, and briefing documents.

  • Develop employee communications, newsletters, and internal bulletins.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all written materials.

  • Assist with crisis communication and reputation management strategies.

  • Conduct communication audits and suggest improvements to enhance clarity and engagement.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in a communications or corporate writing role.

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with internal communication tools and content management systems is a plus.
