Blue Print Out is seeking a highly organized and proactive Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of our events. The ideal candidate will be a reliable team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage logistics in a fast-paced environment. This role is crucial to ensuring our events are executed seamlessly and meet our clients’ expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating event logistics, including venue setup, vendor coordination, and material preparation

  • Support senior event staff with day-to-day planning and on-site event execution

  • Maintain clear communication with clients and vendors to ensure timelines are met

  • Prepare reports, track inventory, and manage event supplies

  • Help organize post-event follow-ups, feedback collection, and reporting

  • Perform administrative duties such as scheduling, data entry, and budget tracking

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1+ year of experience in event coordination, hospitality, or administrative support

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure

  • Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset

  • Comfortable working on-site and occasionally outside regular hours
