We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Call Center Representative to join our customer support team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner

  • Handle customer concerns, complaints, and requests with empathy and efficiency

  • Accurately document all interactions and maintain updated records

  • Identify opportunities to upsell or provide additional information about company services

  • Meet daily and weekly call volume targets and quality benchmarks

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and customer satisfaction

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools

  • Must be dependable, punctual, and professional
