Blue Print Out is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Experience Coordinator to join our growing team in Sandy Springs, GA. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day client service operations, ensuring that each customer interaction reflects our company’s dedication to excellence. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and committed to providing an outstanding experience to both new and existing clients.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and service updates
Manage client intake, service orders, and follow-ups with professionalism and accuracy
Coordinate across departments to ensure timely delivery of printing and document services
Monitor and improve the overall client experience by identifying and resolving service gaps
Maintain organized records of client communications and service history
Assist with scheduling, reporting, and administrative support as needed
Foster long-term client relationships through exceptional service and problem resolution
Qualifications
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
2+ years of experience in a client services, administrative, or coordination role
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage priorities under tight deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic office systems
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction
Experience in the printing, construction, or design industry is a plus
