We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Communications Assistant to support the daily operations of our communications department. This role involves assisting with internal and external communications, drafting and editing content, coordinating with departments, and maintaining brand consistency across all channels. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong writing and organizational skills looking to grow in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal memos, newsletters, and external communications
Draft, edit, and proofread business communications, press releases, and reports
Coordinate logistics for meetings, presentations, and communication campaigns
Ensure consistent tone and accuracy across written materials
Support the Communications Manager in developing strategies for effective internal messaging
Track communication project timelines and maintain databases and records
Assist with document formatting and compiling reports as needed
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Business, or a related field
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a communications, writing, or administrative support role
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic formatting tools
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Comfortable working in a structured office environment
