We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our sales operations and client engagement efforts. The ideal candidate will help streamline communication, organize sales data, and ensure timely follow-ups, all while maintaining a professional and responsive approach to client interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks

  • Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer databases

  • Coordinate client communications and assist with scheduling meetings and follow-ups

  • Prepare proposals, documents, and presentations for client meetings

  • Track sales performance metrics and compile weekly reports

  • Assist in the onboarding process of new clients and ensure a seamless experience

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide assistance as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role (1-3 years preferred)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities

  • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus
