Sharpcontra is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. You will play a key role in maintaining long-term relationships and supporting account operations to uphold the company’s high service standards.
Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
Maintain client records, update CRM systems, and process documentation
Handle inquiries, requests, and issue resolution in a timely and courteous manner
Prepare and deliver service reports, summaries, and presentations as needed
Support project coordination and administrative tasks as required
Monitor account activities to ensure consistent client satisfaction
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred
1–2 years of experience in client services, customer support, or a similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
