Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Account Assistant to support our executive and account management teams. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional environment. The ideal candidate will serve as a key link between internal departments and external clients to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives and account managers

  • Organize and maintain client files, reports, and confidential documentation

  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track follow-ups

  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and financial summaries

  • Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and team members

  • Monitor project timelines, billing, and deliverables to ensure accuracy and timeliness

  • Conduct research and compile data for internal and external reporting

  • Perform general office support tasks and maintain schedules and calendars

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field

  • 2+ years of administrative, executive assistant, or account support experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • High attention to detail and discretion with confidential information

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team
