We are seeking a results-oriented Marketing Strategy Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the development and execution of strategic marketing plans that align with business objectives and drive measurable results. The ideal candidate is detail-focused, analytical, and possesses a strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation, implementation, and tracking of strategic marketing plans and campaigns

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy

  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts between internal departments and external partners

  • Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports on marketing initiatives

  • Collaborate with senior marketing leadership to identify new opportunities for growth and optimization

  • Manage marketing calendars, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely execution

  • Support the preparation of presentations and proposals for internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, strategic planning, or related roles

  • Strong analytical and project management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics)

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities

  • Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
