Sharpcontra is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Office Clerk to join our administrative team. This role is essential to the smooth day-to-day operations of our office, supporting multiple departments by performing general clerical duties and ensuring that office workflows remain organized and efficient.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, mail, packages)

  • Maintain and organize paper and electronic filing systems

  • Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as needed

  • Answer and route phone calls in a professional manner

  • Order and track office supplies and inventory

  • Assist in data entry, record keeping, and basic accounting tasks

  • Support office staff with administrative tasks as requested

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred

  • Proven experience in an office or administrative support role

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
