Sharpcontra is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Office Clerk to join our administrative team. This role is essential to the smooth day-to-day operations of our office, supporting multiple departments by performing general clerical duties and ensuring that office workflows remain organized and efficient.
Responsibilities
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, mail, packages)
Maintain and organize paper and electronic filing systems
Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as needed
Answer and route phone calls in a professional manner
Order and track office supplies and inventory
Assist in data entry, record keeping, and basic accounting tasks
Support office staff with administrative tasks as requested
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Proven experience in an office or administrative support role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
