We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team in Boston. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing client relationships, and supporting sales initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, and capable of contributing to the company’s long-term growth strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients and market opportunities

  • Initiate outbound calls and emails to generate leads

  • Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for senior sales staff

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of business opportunities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategy with client needs

  • Attend networking events and industry meetings as required

  • Track all activities in the CRM and provide regular reports

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset

  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
