We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Account Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and that their accounts are managed efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the day-to-day liaison between clients and internal teams

  • Maintain accurate client records and manage account documentation

  • Ensure timely responses to client inquiries and service needs

  • Monitor account performance and report key metrics

  • Coordinate client meetings, updates, and review sessions

  • Assist in resolving client issues with professionalism and urgency

  • Identify opportunities for upselling or additional services

  • Support the onboarding of new clients and account transitions

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred

  • 1+ year of experience in account management, customer service, or client support

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

  • High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset

  • Ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
