Next Comms Talk is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Advertising Agent to join our dynamic team in Boston. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing advertising campaigns for a variety of clients. You’ll work directly with our creative and strategy teams to ensure each campaign meets its objectives and delivers measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement advertising campaigns tailored to client needs.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to align messaging, branding, and placement strategy.

  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust tactics for optimal ROI.

  • Conduct competitive market analysis and identify advertising opportunities.

  • Prepare and present advertising proposals and reports to clients.

  • Maintain relationships with media outlets and negotiate ad placements.

  • Ensure compliance with advertising regulations and client standards.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in advertising, media buying, or client-facing roles.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on performance metrics.

  • Proficiency in advertising platforms, analytics tools, and Excel.

  • Detail-oriented with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
