Next Comms Talk is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Service Account Assistant to support our account management and service delivery teams. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, responsive, and ready to contribute to a professional and client-focused environment.
Responsibilities
Assist account managers in maintaining and organizing client accounts
Coordinate service requests, follow-ups, and documentation with precision
Prepare and process client updates, reports, and internal communications
Monitor service timelines and ensure timely completion of deliverables
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and service activities
Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and support
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
1-2 years of administrative or client service experience
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
