We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Service Account Assistant to support our service operations and client account management. This role involves direct coordination with clients, maintaining service records, and ensuring smooth communication between departments to deliver high-quality support and service outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and maintaining service accounts with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Coordinate with service teams to ensure timely delivery of support and follow-ups.

  • Prepare service reports, documentation, and client updates.

  • Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, account tracking, and data entry.

  • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients regarding service timelines and resolutions.

  • Monitor client satisfaction and escalate issues as needed to management.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 1–2 years in a support, administrative, or account coordination role.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
