Hype Tier is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our Boston team. In this role, you will play a critical part in expanding our customer base, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, and eager to contribute to a dynamic and growing organization.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, and networking

  • Conduct market research to identify new potential clients and verticals

  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for senior sales staff

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted outreach strategies

  • Follow up with prospects and nurture long-term business relationships

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

  • Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset
