We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our company. In this front-facing role, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, greeting clients and visitors, and ensuring the smooth daily operation of our office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner

  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and inquiries

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area

  • Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings

  • Perform basic administrative duties including filing, data entry, and correspondence

  • Coordinate with internal departments as needed

  • Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related administrative role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
