Chats Cloud Cover is currently seeking a highly organized and dependable Front Desk Representative to be the first point of contact for our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As the face of the company, you will ensure that every visitor and caller receives a welcoming and professional experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner

  • Manage incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately

  • Schedule appointments and maintain the front office calendar

  • Handle mail, deliveries, and administrative tasks

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

  • Provide basic information and support to visitors and callers

  • Support other administrative departments as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)

  • Proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
