Story Lane Box is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our team in Houston. In this role, you will assist in managing client relationships, coordinating project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of client-focused solutions. Responsibilities

  • Support Account Managers in day-to-day client interactions and project coordination

  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation

  • Assist with quote preparation, purchase orders, and delivery timelines

  • Track project progress and communicate updates to clients and internal teams

  • Help resolve client issues promptly and professionally

  • Conduct market and product research as needed to support client strategy

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, account support, or a similar role (internships acceptable)

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines

  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
