We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Assistant to support our internal and external communications initiatives. This role is critical to maintaining the consistency and clarity of our messaging across departments, stakeholders, and business functions. The Communications Assistant will report directly to the Communications Manager and will play a key role in content preparation, internal documentation, client-facing communication materials, and coordination of communication workflows.
Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and editing internal memos, corporate documents, reports, and client correspondence
Support the development of communication materials including presentations, newsletters, and proposals
Coordinate with teams across departments to ensure message consistency
Track communication schedules and assist in maintaining accurate records of communications projects
Participate in meetings and document key points for internal use
Help manage communication templates, brand guidelines, and messaging consistency across formats
Provide administrative support for the Communications team as needed
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail, grammar, and formatting standards
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and PowerPoint)
Familiarity with internal communication tools and project coordination platforms is a plus
1–2 years of experience in a communications or administrative support role preferred, but not required
