Signal Tru Brand is seeking a highly analytical and performance-focused Sales Strategy Consultant to join our consulting team. The ideal candidate will work directly with clients to assess sales effectiveness, design strategic roadmaps, and implement solutions that optimize sales results and drive growth. This is a client-facing role requiring critical thinking, communication skills, and a strong understanding of sales processes.
Responsibilities
Analyze client sales operations, performance metrics, and organizational structures
Design and recommend data-driven sales strategies to improve revenue generation
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives
Conduct market and competitive research to support strategy development
Identify inefficiencies and propose optimization solutions in sales funnels
Assist with implementation of new sales tools, CRM processes, and training plans
Monitor progress, analyze impact, and report performance outcomes to leadership
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
2+ years of experience in sales strategy, business consulting, or sales operations
