Property Soar is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Charlotte. This role is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of a wide range of corporate and real estate events. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, a passion for planning, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute internal and external events, including open houses, client appreciation events, networking gatherings, and industry conferences

  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and contractors to ensure event logistics are seamless and cost-effective

  • Manage event budgets and provide post-event reports and performance evaluations

  • Develop event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met

  • Prepare necessary materials, such as agendas, signage, and promotional content

  • Ensure all events align with brand standards and company goals

  • Support team members in additional administrative or planning-related tasks as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in event coordination or event planning (minimum 2 years preferred)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends as required by event schedules

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
