We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Team Leader Trainee to join our growing team in Austin, TX. This is an entry-level leadership development role designed for individuals who are eager to learn the fundamentals of team management, operations, and client engagement within a dynamic property services company. The selected candidate will work closely with senior leaders to gain hands-on experience and prepare for a future leadership position within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in overseeing daily team operations and project goals

  • Support and motivate team members to achieve performance benchmarks

  • Participate in planning, organizing, and delegating tasks

  • Analyze team metrics and contribute to performance improvement strategies

  • Lead small team initiatives with guidance from senior leadership

  • Ensure customer service standards are consistently met

  • Attend training sessions to enhance leadership and industry knowledge

Qualifications
