Messa Sync is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Customer Account Representative to join our team in Los Angeles. This role is responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, addressing account inquiries, and supporting day-to-day operational needs. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts

  • Maintain accurate client records and process account updates

  • Address client questions, concerns, and service requests in a timely manner

  • Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill client needs

  • Monitor account activity and ensure service standards are met

  • Prepare reports and documentation related to account management

  • Support account onboarding and client retention initiatives

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and client satisfaction

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, client support, or account management

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and work independently under minimal supervision

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry systems
