Messa Sync is seeking a skilled and driven Commercial Relationship Manager to manage and grow our client base. This role involves building long-term business relationships, identifying strategic opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that align with client goals. The ideal candidate is analytical, client-focused, and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with commercial clients across various sectors

  • Identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions or services

  • Serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure service satisfaction

  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to assess performance

  • Maintain accurate client records and reports using internal systems

  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities

  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and business cases

  • Collaborate with sales and account teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in client relationship management, commercial accounts, or business development

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to analyze business needs and develop appropriate solutions

  • Experience with CRM systems and data reporting

  • Proven track record of meeting client satisfaction and retention targets

  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
